The ingredients needed to make Kofta anday:

  • Mined beef/mutton 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1 small
  • Ginger 1tsp
  • salt according to taste
  • 2 tsp Chilli powder

  • Garlic paste 1 tbs
  • Salt to Taste

  • Get corindar powder 1\4 tbsp
  • Get turmaric 1\4 tsp
  • Make ready 3 Green chilies
  • Coriander 1 bunch
  • Yougurt half cup
  • Eggs boiled 6

Kofta Anday recipe ( traditional recipe made easy with the same delicious taste ). Kofta is a family of meatball or meatloaf dishes found in the Indian subcontinent, South Caucasian, Middle Eastern, Balkan, and Central Asian cuisines. The koftas (meatballs) in this curry dish can be made with beef, lamb or chicken. Learn how to cook kofta and pair it with rice and kachumbar salad.

Instruction

  • First of all Take finely chopped mince mutton or beef and add finely cut onion, ginger paste, one green chilli mix them properly .
  • Add red paper salt ground cumin ground coriander powder and mix them properly.
  • make small size balls and put aside.

prepare gravy and kofta adding

  • In a pan heat up oil, add onion and fry them until they get light brown.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, fry them for 2 minutes.
  • Add tomato puree, and fry the until they get mixup properly.
  • Use the hand blender to blend everything.
  • Place the kofta(meat balls) in pan, stir gently.
  • when kofta get stronger, come up the oil.
  • Add water as much you want its gravy.
  • Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
  • Low the heat and cover it until the oil comes up.
  • Add fenugreek leaves coriander.
  • Add garm masala powder.
  • Served with roti/nan whatever you like.
