
This Stew Keema or Minced meat Stew is a different keema dish other than we often have. Try cooking this recipe that will be loved by all my family members.
Ingredients:

- Minced meat ½ kg
- Onion (cut finely) 4
- Ginger (cut in length)1 tbsp
- Garlic 2 to 3 Cloves sliced
- Whole red chilli 6-8
- Cinnamon Stick 1
- Black Cardamon
- Black Paper 6 to 8
- Clove 2 or 3
- Green chili 1 or 2 (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Oil ½ Cup
Method:
Heat up the oil and fry one small cut onion until it turns light brown.
Then add minced meat and stir it.
Add 3 finely cut onions whole red chilli lightly, sliced ginger garlic, salt, Black paper, Cardamon, and Cinamon Stick.
Add ½ cup of water and cover it for 15 minutes. (or pressure it for 5 Minutes)
When the mince gets tender then sauté it.
Add green chilli and ginger cut in length and leave it on dum.
Then take out and serve with paratha or Chappati.
