Today we are going to make Egg fried rice with Manchurian, some people like just egg fried rice all alone. But I never like to eat, prefer with the Manchurian or some kind of chilli chicken etc
This recipe is simple and quick let’s start the making.
Ingredients
- Rice 1/2 kg
- Salt to taste
- Oil 4tbs
- Garlic chopped 1tsp
- Crush chilli 1tsp
- Black paper 1tsp
- Sugar 2 tsp
- Soy sauce 1tbs
- Capsicum half cup sliced
- Carrots half cup finely sliced
- Peas 1/2 cup
- Green onion one bunch
- Coriander one bunch finely cut
- Egg boil/scramble
Instructions
- Boiled the rice first, but not should be fully cooked.
- Heat up oil in a pan, fry the garlic.
- Add the vegetables carrots, capsicum, peas and fry them.
- Put the spring onion green part and sauté with the everything.
- Add the soy sauce and one tsp sugar in it.
- Add the boiled rice, mix them well with vegetable.
- Spread the egg pieces on it and coriander.
- Cover the pot and leave for 5 minutes on very low heat.
- Open the lid and mix gain with the coriander and egg pieces
- Turn the flame off and dish it out.
- Delicious Egg Fried Rice are ready to serve.
- Served with the Manchurian.
