Egg Fried Rice

Today we are going to make Egg fried rice with Manchurian, some people like just egg fried rice all alone. But I never like to eat, prefer with the Manchurian or some kind of chilli chicken etc

This recipe is simple and quick let’s start the making.

Ingredients

  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 4tbs
  • Garlic chopped 1tsp
  • Crush chilli 1tsp
  • Black paper 1tsp
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Soy sauce 1tbs
  • Capsicum half cup sliced
  • Carrots half cup finely sliced
  • Peas 1/2 cup
  • Green onion one bunch
  • Coriander one bunch finely cut
  • Egg boil/scramble

Instructions

  • Boiled the rice first, but not should be fully cooked.
  • Heat up oil in a pan, fry the garlic.
  • Add the vegetables carrots, capsicum, peas and fry them.
  • Put the spring onion green part and sauté with the everything.
  • Add the soy sauce and one tsp sugar in it.
  • Add the boiled rice, mix them well with vegetable.
  • Spread the egg pieces on it and coriander.
  • Cover the pot and leave for 5 minutes on very low heat.
  • Open the lid and mix gain with the coriander and egg pieces
  • Turn the flame off and dish it out.
  • Delicious Egg Fried Rice are ready to serve.
  • Served with the Manchurian.
