Chicken Manchurian with Egg Fried Rice

Hope you all are good! Today we are going to make Chicken Manchurian with Egg Fried Rice. This recipe is so simple and delicious to eat.

Sweet and sour with chilli flakes taste so yummy and unforgettable. Especially Kids love to eat. I always heard in Pakistan, the chicken Manchurian is a chines dish. But when I asked some of my chines friends they didn’t know even the name. It’s quite funny!

If the recipe is chines or Thai, still Pakistanis make so much innovation on it, make it own.

Let’s start the recipe!

Ingredient

For marination chicken

  • Boneless chicken in Cubes 1/2 kg
  • Corn flour
  • salt
  • White paper
  • Egg 1

Marinate the chicken with all other ingredients for one hour.

For sauce

  • Tomato Puree
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Paper
  • Chilli Flakes
  • White vinegar 1tbs
  • Light soy sauce 2tbs
  • Sweet chilli sauce 4tbs
  • Chopped garlic 1tsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Water 2 cups
  • Corn flour 2tbs

First Fry the marinated chicken pieces. Spread out chicken pieces in a single layer. when they turn to golden brown removed from oil. Should be like this.

Heat the oil in sauté Pan add the 1 tsp garlic fry it until the fragrant.

Add the fried chicken, mix well.

Then Add the 1 tbs vinegar and 2 tbs light soy sauce and fry it for few minutes.

Add the salt, black paper, chilli flakes, and let them fry everything for few more seconds.

After frying, add the tomato Puree Mix well. Flame should be medium in all cooking, specially when we adding the ingredients.

Add the 2 cup of water, cook it until bubble to boil and thicken a bit in the pan.

While your sauce is cooking, combine the corn flour and half cup of water water in bowl, Whisk them properly.

Then Add this mixture in to sauce, this make sauce thicker like the down in picture.

Stir the sauce with a spoon to mix everything,

Cook for another minute or so. The sauce is ready when it is thick enough to
