INGREDIENTS
- Boneless chicken ½ kg in small piece
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes 2 sliced
- Salt 1 tsp
- oil 3 to 4 tbs
- Fresh cream ½ cup
- Red Chilli ground ½ tsp
- Cumin powder ½ tsp
- Coriander Powder ½ tsp
- Amchoor Powder ½ tsp
- Kasori methi 1 tsp or Coriander half bunch
Method
- Heat up oil in a flat pan or Tawa, and fry ginger garlic paste ginger garlic paste.
- , Add chicken and mix well.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, Turmeric, Cumin powder, Coriander powder and Amchoor powder.
- Mix all spices well and cook for a while.
- Add cut tomatoes and cover for 3 to 5 minute.
- Add half a cup of Cream and mix it.
- Cook for two or three minutes till the gravy get thick and oil comes up.
- Lastly add the Kasoori methi or fresh Coriander.
